The giveaway is open only to:
Legal residents of the United States
Individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or 21 years of age where required by law) at the time of entry
Individuals legally eligible to purchase and possess a firearm under all applicable federal, state, and local laws
Individuals residing in a state where the PSA Guardsman-15 rifle is legal to own and transfer
Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Basement Operator are not eligible to win.
If a selected winner resides in a jurisdiction where the firearm is restricted or prohibited, or is otherwise legally ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected.
All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

One (1) winner will receive:
One (1) PSA Guardsman-15 rifle (approximate retail value: $600), fulfilled and transferred by Palmetto State Armory through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer
Additional firearm accessories (approximate retail value: $400) provided by Basement Operator
Total approximate retail value (ARV): $1,000.
Accessories included with the prize are determined at Sponsor’s discretion and are not guaranteed to match any specific configuration shown in promotional materials.
Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. No substitutions will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
All firearm transfers will be conducted in strict accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Basement Operator does not sell, transfer, or facilitate private firearm sales.
The firearm prize will be transferred solely by Palmetto State Armory and a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer (FFL).
The selected winner must:
Successfully pass all required federal, state, and local background checks
Complete all required ATF paperwork
Comply with all applicable firearm laws and regulations
Coordinate transfer through an approved FFL
If the selected winner:
Fails a background check
Is legally prohibited from owning a firearm
Resides in a restricted jurisdiction
Refuses or fails to complete required paperwork
Does not respond within the specified notification period
An alternate winner will be selected at random.
Sponsor is not responsible for a winner’s inability to legally receive the firearm.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The drawing date will be determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. If the selected winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.
Sponsor may issue a Form 1099-MISC or other applicable tax documentation if required by law.

Cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion
Substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable

Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize
Any firearm-related activity following lawful transfer

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under this promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Virginia.
